As with all insurances, terms and conditions apply, which includes some exclusions and restrictions (for example deliberate damage, wear and tear, not following the manufacturer’s instructions). It is important that you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
For breakdown cover and product replacement cover the full terms and conditions, along with our complaints procedure are available in the leaflet. These products do not affect your statutory rights. Unless the insurer agrees otherwise, they are governed by English law.
If we replace a product as a result of a claim your cover will end. Where theft is covered, you will need a valid Crime Reference Number, along with your receipt and insurance, in order to make a claim.
If the insurers can not meet its liabilities the policy will be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
